About Tegur

Tegur is a private WhatsApp outreach tool operated by Inter Forward Trading, a business registered in Malaysia. Property negotiators we invite use it to send WhatsApp messages to property owners through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and to read and answer the replies. It is not open to the public: signing in needs an invitation.

What it does

• Sends Meta-approved WhatsApp message templates to property owners, spaced out, and never to anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
• Keeps every reply in one queue, so the account holder can answer it and follow up interested owners as leads.
• Optionally keeps Tegur’s contacts and the contacts on the account holder’s phone the same, through Google Contacts.

Google Contacts (optional)

An account holder can connect their own Google account’s Contacts. Tegur then asks Google for permission to see and edit the contacts in that account, and to know which Google account was connected. It uses them only to keep the contacts in Tegur and the contacts on the phone the same:

• it copies the first name, last name, phone numbers and one email address of contacts that have a phone number into Tegur;
• it adds to the phone the people the account holder talks to in Tegur, with only their first name, last name, number and email;
• before the first sync it shows a Preview of every change, and writes nothing until the account holder presses Start sync.

Tegur never sells this data and never uses it for advertising. Tegur’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The account holder can disconnect at any time, in Tegur or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The Privacy Notice explains the details.
