Terms of Service
Effective 24 September 2026 · Operated by Inter Forward Trading
These terms govern use of Tegur, a WhatsApp Business Platform tool operated by Inter Forward Trading (“we”, “us”). By signing in to Tegur you agree to them.
1. The service
Tegur lets you send WhatsApp messages from a business phone number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, read replies, and manage contacts and message templates. Tegur is provided to people we invite; there is no public sign-up.
2. Accounts
- You must keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they are compromised.
- You are responsible for everything sent from numbers connected to your account.
- We may suspend or disable an account that breaches these terms, Meta’s policies, or the law.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only message people you are lawfully entitled to contact, and obtain any consent the law requires.
- Honour opt-outs. Tegur suppresses contacts who ask not to be messaged; you must not work around that.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Do not send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited bulk content.
- Make sure message templates you submit are accurate and used for the purpose they were approved for.
4. Meta and WhatsApp
Messages are transmitted by Meta. Meta may reject templates, limit how many messages a number can send, lower a number’s quality rating, or restrict a number, and may change its platform at any time. We do not control those decisions and are not responsible for them. Meta may charge for conversations under its own pricing, billed to the WhatsApp Business Account’s payment method.
5. What Tegur enforces
Tegur mechanically enforces Meta’s 24-hour customer service window, the use of approved templates outside that window, opt-out suppression and per-number sending limits. It does not make judgement calls for you: what to send, to whom, and when remain your decisions.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Tegur available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
7. Fees
We do not currently charge for Tegur. If that changes we will give account holders reasonable notice before any fee applies. Meta’s conversation charges are separate and are always your responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
Tegur and its software belong to Inter Forward Trading. Your contacts, message content and templates remain yours; you grant us only what we need to operate the service for you.
9. Liability
Tegur is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business, or for actions taken by Meta or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Tegur at any time and ask us to disconnect your number. See the data deletion page for what happens to your data. We may end your access for breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
